Ingredients
For the Chicken
• 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
• 2 tsp chili powder
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp salt

• 2–3 tsp Knorr Caldo con Sabor de Pollo
• 1/4 red bell pepper, diced
• 1/4 purple onion, diced
Other Ingredients
• 1 large avocado
• 1 can refried or black beans
• Salsa and shredded lettuce (optional)
Instructions
1. Marinate the Chicken
• Combine chili powder, paprika, salt, olive oil, cilantro, and lime juice in a bowl.
• Coat the chicken thighs in the marinade and let them rest for 15–20 minutes.
2. Cook the Chicken
• Pan fry the marinated chicken thighs until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F. Let them rest before slicing into strips.
3. Prepare the Rice
• Bring 2 cups of water and Knorr seasoning to a boil.
• In a separate pan, brown the basmati rice with diced onion and red bell pepper until fragrant.
• Add the boiling water to the rice, reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for about 15 minutes, or until the rice is tender. Add extra water if needed.
